Summary

Open source and free license software must be distributed, released, packaged and downloaded and installed. We maintain a yum-compatible repository of RPMs, distributing jars for a small group of open source projects.

Release Frame is part of an open source and free license tool kit for a distributor. We maintain an XML-based description of a project (distribution.xml). The XML-Variant Configuration Language (XVCL) processor generates an Apache Ant script. In turn, the generated Ant script build a binary edition, source edition, RPM specification file, source RPM and target RPMs.
